The only complaint I have is that I have (so far) found 2 sealed “tests” that are missing the actual test inside of the packaging. What the heck! I called customer service as I’m not sure why this would be but its a little irritating when you pay for something and it’s not in there. Customer service was great and sent me 5 more tests for free. It would have been 5 stars if it hadn’t been for that.
