I got pregnant within a month of taking one a day. These are hard to swallow cause of the taste but as long as I eat food with it, I forget about the taste pretty quickly. I’m sure they taste worse cause they’re all natural Overall, they seem to work! Haha. Baby dust!!!!!!!!!!
