I purchased this product after reading all the rave reviews. I am not big on swallowing pills. These are regular tablets so it’s not easy taking these if you have an issue swallowing pills larger than the small tablets. I would feel good about this if it was a smaller tablet, chewable. They aren’t for everyone but I sure wish it was something I could actually take.
